in 1983 and has been providing nominee services
to corporate clients, to pension funds and to private
individuals for over twenty years. Now specialising
in retail broking and custody services, the company
is a member of CRESTCo, the secure electronic share
settlement system developed by the Bank of England,
and is a shareholder in Euroclear plc with whom
CRESTCo merged in 2002.
Reyker is approved by the Inland Revenue to act as a PEP Manager, as an ISA Manager, and as a
Child Trust Fund Provider. |

Services Authority ("FSA") and the company participates
in the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
Privately owned and entirely independent, we design
and develop our own systems and software and we
are proud to provide our services to a number
of household names in the broking and banking
