SIPP Contributions of up to £3,600 per annum can be made for children and spouses (known as a “Simplified Contributions”). Individuals who contribute more than £3,600 per annum must be able to demonstrate their earnings in order to do so. SSAS |
The liberalisation of UK pension regulations has meant that thousands of people now manage the investments in their pension fund themselves, via a SSAS or a SIPP.
Our execution-only dealing service may be used for any existing SSAS or SIPP that you may have.
If you do not already have a SIPP, we have an arrangement with European Pensions Management Limited (EPML) under which they act as Pension Scheme Trustee and Administrator and are responsible for compliance with the HMRC Regulations.
Single or lump sum contributions can be paid into the Reyker “Stocks & Shares” SIPP at any time, and monthly contributions are accepted by Direct debit or Standing order. The minimum contribution that Reyker will accept is £80 net (£100 gross). The maximum contribution will depend on the individual’s age and earnings.
There are very few restrictions when choosing your investments for a Reyker “Stocks & Shares” SIPP and you can hold as many different securities and types of securities as you want. You can buy and sell across global markets as often as you want constructing a portfolio that can comprise any of the following:
- Stocks and shares listed or traded on HMRC approved stock exchanges
- OEICs, Unit and Investment trusts
- Gilts and Bonds
- Deposits and money market funds
Individuals can broaden the scope of the assets held within their Reyker SIPP to include the following investments:
- Commercial property including land (which may be leased on commercial terms to businesses connected with you)
- Insurance Company funds
- Traded Endowment Policy
- Offshore funds recognised by the Financial Services Authority
